How does it work?

Step 1) Record Gathering During Invisalign Open House
-
Patients are scanned with either an existing iTero machine or one that will be brought to the office when PeakSmiles holds a scheduled Invisalign Open House day. Any additional information needed for treatment is collected at the same time.

If an office would prefer to do record gathering on-the-spot as patients come into office, another option is to enter records into a smartphone and patients will then be scanned at the nearest PeakSmiles Dental Centre and finish treatment just as any other patient that went through the Invisalign Open House Day.

Step 2) Smile Design

PeakSmiles’ Invisalign certified dentists will design and set up the proposed outcome with Invisalign Simulation software

Step 3) Treatment Begins
-
When PeakSmiles’ Invisalign certified dentists and patients are happy with the the proposed outcome, aligners are created and shipped to patients. PeakSmiles will continually monitor the patient​

Your PeakSmiles’ Rep will help you begin organizing Invisalign days with your patients. They will be present to lead the Invisalign day and bring in an iTero machine with them if your office doesn’t currently have one

An online community created for partner dental offices as a place to learn from each other, ask questions and grow in confidence

4) Opening of a New Revenue Stream

Patient’s coming to your office for PeakSmiles Invisalign treatment may also generate new revenue as they may need a new dentist, require dental treatment, ongoing regular care or professional cleaning

Partner Dentists will receive referrals from PeakSmiles’ Website from location-based leads interested in Invisalign treatment by listing your office location(s) along with the PEAK Smiles services you offer will be listed on PeakSmiles’ website

What does PeakSmiles look like from the Patient’s Perspective?

Our PeakSmiles’ Invisalign certified dentists will help you create an Invisalign Clincheck Setup for your patient!

In just 3 easy steps, the Clincheck Movies will be setup for you:

Step 1 - Collection of digital records

Use the Invisalign Practice App and PEAK Smiles account and upload images
-
Complete a brief clinical form in order to give Dr. Paliani further info on the setup

Take a 3D digital scan with one of Invisalign's approved scanners using the PEAK Smiles account.

Step 2 - Set up of the Clincheck Videos
-
A PeakSmiles Invisalign Certified Dentist will review the records including the initial digital impressions, photos and completion of the form and begin setting up the Clincheck videos

The Clincheck movies will be sent to you for final approval

Step 3 - Transferring Patient File

Once the movies are complete and approved by you, the patient file will be transferred to you so that you can carry on with Invisalign treatment for your patient

No, scheduling PeakSmiles Invisalign Open House Days during normal operational hours in an open operatory is the best way to start offering Invisalign without alteration of office hours or additional staff hours.

How will I be efficient on the same day patients are in the office?

If you have an iTero machine, take a 3D digital scan on every recall patient if you think they would benefit from straighter teeth
-
Use available hygiene or staff time during recall exams to take or gather the Invisalign records while waiting for the dentist, or at the end of the recall exam. The records can be entered into a smartphone and patients will then be scanned at the nearest PeakSmiles Dental Centre and finish treatment just as any other patient that went through the Invisalign Open House Day.
